RELATIVELY GUILTY, WILLIAM MCINTYRE

A sharp Scottish legal thriller featuring a cynical defence lawyer, a murder case that looks airtight, and a client who may not want to be saved. Everyone is guilty... some more than others. A policeman lies dead with his skull caved in. His young wife at the scene, clutching the weapon. For the Crown the case is open-and-shut. Robbie Munro isn't so sure. A missing witness. A hairline crack in the evidence, is it just enough to prise open and reveal a defence? Only if his client will let him. Because the closer Robbie gets to an acquittal, the more she resists every step forward, pushing for a life sentence when freedom beckons. And Robbie must fight to save a client who'd rather be convicted than forgiven. Relatively Guilty is Book 1 in the Robbie Munro Legal Thriller series. Perfect for readers who love John Grisham, Scott Turow, and Michael Connelly. ___________________________________________________________________ Praise for the Best Defence Series: Funny and fast paced... everything you want in a legal thriller.
